Make-it-right promise: If your gear shows up wrong, damaged, or just not right, we fix it — replacement or refund, no interrogation.

Changed your mind? No sweat. Here's how returns and exchanges work at Sandlot & Pitch.

• Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
• Made-to-order embroidered items are final sale unless damaged or misprinted.
• If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
• If the mistake was ours, we cover return shipping.
• To start a return, email support@sandlotandpitch.com with your order number.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
• For eligible non-damaged returns, the customer covers return shipping.
